You
From time to time, you may feel your uterus tighten and harden for a few seconds, then relax. Don't panic! These painless movements (called Braxton Hicks) are not real contractions, but rehearsal ones. You may also be restless at night and having vivid dreams. This is ever so normal and probably caused by a combination of physical discomfort and some apprehensive feelings about the birth.
Your Baby
As you baby gets bigger - and its going to gain more than half their birthweight over the next few weeks - your baby has less room to move. By about 32 weeks, most babies have stopped somersaulting and are pretty much consistently lying head downwards, ready for birth. You should still be able to feel it moving or prodding at least ten times a day.
