You don't look pregnant (and if you're not actually trying for a baby, you may not even know it yet), but you're probably feeling tired, with tender breasts, a need to wee more often and maybe a funny metallic taste in your mouth. You may also notice your sense of smell is much more sensitive, certain smells may even make you feel sick.
Your Baby
Although the baby's only the size of an orange pip it looks more like a tadpole than a human, your baby's heart is pumping and its brain, spine and nervous system are starting to form. The head already has markings where the eyes, nostrils and ears will be and its developing 'limb buds' where the legs and arms will grow.
